Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized wound assessment, treatment, and patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop and implement individualized care plans, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes while accurately carrying out physician orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of acute wound care experience.
- Experience with Cerner EMR.
- Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Active Illinois RN license.
- Current AHA BLS certification.
- COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations are required (no declinations accepted).
