REGISTERED NURSE – ADULT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
SCHEDULE:
- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Shift Length: 12 hours
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides direct patient care to adults with mental health conditions by conducting assessments, administering medications, monitoring patient well-being, and providing therapeutic communication and crisis intervention.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, educating patients and families, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote a safe and supportive recovery environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of adult behavioral health experience — Required.
- Must be at least 21 years old — Required.
- BLS certification through AHA — Required before start.
- No previous disciplinary action — Required.
- Oklahoma state license — Required.
- DHS fingerprinting required.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- BLS (AHA) — Required
- ACLS (AHA) — Required
- NIHSS — Required
- Handle with Care certification — Preferred
