Labor & Delivery RN – Oregon
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide comprehensive care across the LDRP unit, including OB triage, outpatient testing, antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and nursery care. The unit uses OBIX for fetal surveillance and Epic for electronic medical records.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care throughout the labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care continuum.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being using fetal heart monitoring.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Accurately document patient care in Epic.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience with current fetal heart monitoring experience.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- NRP certification.
- Active Oregon RN license or willingness to obtain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with OBIX and Epic.
- EFM and STABLE certifications.
