EEG Technologist

Seeking an experienced EEG Technologist for a full-time, Monday–Friday position (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) within a neurology department.

Requirements:

ABRET Certification required OR 10+ years of EEG experience in lieu of certification
Minimum 2 years of EEG experience
Graduate of an accredited EEG program
CPR certification
EPIC experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine EEGs, ambulatory EEGs, long-term monitoring studies, and Smartskan procedures
Prepare and educate patients prior to testing
Accurately apply electrodes using the 10-20 measurement system
Review patient history and ensure test appropriateness
Provide neurologists with complete and accurate study information
Maintain, troubleshoot, and stock EEG equipment
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards
Work independently while effectively prioritizing daily workload

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced EEG professional with strong technical skills, EPIC proficiency, and the ability to independently perform a variety of neurodiagnostic procedures.
