Medical Technologist / MLT – Temporary Position

• Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens.
• Set up testing procedures and manage laboratory workload.
• Evaluate patient and quality-control results and enter results into the laboratory information system.
• Follow critical result notification procedures.
• Prepare and maintain reagents and laboratory supplies.
• Maintain inventory and safely dispose of biohazardous and chemical materials.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments.
• May provide backup support to the phlebotomy team, including venipuncture and culture collection.

• 2+ years of MLT experience.
• Experience with Sunquest and Epic.
• Experience with Ortho Blood Bank and Chemistry.
• Experience with Siemens coagulation and urinalysis.
• Experience with Sysmex hematology.
• Active ASCP certification.
