Rehab Team Supervisor / Clinical Leader
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support rehabilitation staff across OT, SLP, and PT disciplines.
- Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
- Lead and participate in required facility and management meetings.
- Assist with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with screening, documentation, and chart audit requirements.
- Ensure staff follow all policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to support rehabilitation goals and quality patient care.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience
- LTC or rehabilitation experience required.
- Active Oklahoma license required.
- Must accept the posted rate for submission.
