Rehab Team Supervisor / Clinical Leader

Responsibilities:

Supervise and support rehabilitation staff across OT, SLP, and PT disciplines.
Ensure clinical programs operate effectively and consistently.
Lead and participate in required facility and management meetings.
Assist with developing and implementing new clinical programs and initiatives.
Monitor compliance with screening, documentation, and chart audit requirements.
Ensure staff follow all policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to support rehabilitation goals and quality patient care.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of OT, SLP, or PT experience
LTC or rehabilitation experience required.
Active Oklahoma license required.
Must accept the posted rate for submission.
