Rehab Director / Rehabilitation Leadership Opportunity.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Seeking an experienced rehabilitation leader to oversee and support multidisciplinary rehab teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and support rehabilitation staff across all therapy disciplines.
- Ensure clinical programs operate efficiently and consistently.
- Lead and participate in facility and management meetings.
- Assist with the development and implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
- Monitor compliance with screening protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
- Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to support rehabilitation goals and quality patient outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience required.
- Active PT, OT, or ST license required.
- PTA or COTA candidates with leadership experience may also be considered.
- Active state license required.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting required.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and maintain clinical quality standards.
