Rehab Director / Rehabilitation Leadership Opportunity.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Seeking an experienced rehabilitation leader to oversee and support multidisciplinary rehab teams while ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise and support rehabilitation staff across all therapy disciplines.
Ensure clinical programs operate efficiently and consistently.
Lead and participate in facility and management meetings.
Assist with the development and implementation of new clinical programs and initiatives.
Monitor compliance with screening protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits.
Ensure staff adherence to organizational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with leadership teams to support rehabilitation goals and quality patient outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Long-Term Care (LTC) or Rehabilitation experience required.
Active PT, OT, or ST license required.
PTA or COTA candidates with leadership experience may also be considered.
Active state license required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation setting required.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and rehab program compliance required.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff performance and maintain clinical quality standards.
