CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT (CNA) – LONG-TERM CARE

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate nursing and restorative care to residents in a long-term care setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide basic nursing and restorative care under the supervision of LPNs and RNs.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.
Assist with ambulation, transfers, positioning, turning, and range-of-motion exercises.
Support residents with feeding, hydration, toileting, and bowel and bladder care.
Monitor residents and report significant changes or observations to licensed nursing staff.
Follow individualized Resident Care Plans and facility policies and procedures.
Maintain resident safety and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
Follow infection control procedures and maintain resident confidentiality and privacy.
Provide compassionate, respectful care while supporting residents' physical and emotional needs.
Float to other units as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 1 year of current CNA experience required.
Must be willing to float.
Active New Hampshire CNA license or Compact license required.
Active license required at the time of submission.
Current AHA BLS certification required.
COVID vaccination series required.
Previous travel experience preferred.
Rural or small facility experience preferred.
